The trip to Kansas to meet my family is done and we’re home after a wonderful weekend to face work and life as we know it. There’s a yard to mow and bills to pay and work to go to and dinners to cook….
And I have to start planning us a wedding!!!! We’re not talking anything fancy here. Jokerman and I are wearing jeans and our motorcycle vests and getting married at the motorcycle clubhouse. Pastor will more than likely be wearing his flip-flops. C will be arranging the wedding march for us on the organ and there to speak for my friends and family. And I will be riding down the aisle on the back of a Harley to meet and marry the man I will be spending the rest of my life with and love more than anything in the world!
Rather “non-traditional” but then again it’s what we want. A celebration of who we are together! There will still be some tradition though. My darling girl A will be standing up with me, we’ll have flowers and a cake and a band and rings, a friend will be taking pictures…. and lots of love!
So on Thursday after our weekly “girl’s breakfast”, Prue will be helping me pick out a wedding cake and possibly some flowers if we have time. Oh yeah…. and I’m going to need a tablecloth and plates and forks and….
Think I’d better make a list!

hi girl…
we have been bored with those traditional wedding, people like us could change it and inspiring other people to make an extraordinary wedding. i will attend your wedding, wearing my fancy leather jacket and my skinny black jeans. but i got some problem here, i dont have a motorcycle. please send me a girl to pick me up! lol..

That sounds awesome! I should preach wearing flip flops sometime. Wonder how that will go over, LOL.
